Branding
How to set your practice logo and colours so reports go out under your brand, plus per-landlord branding overrides.
The reports FRA Flow produces are issued under your practice's brand, not FRA Flow's. The cover sheet, the page header, and the report footer all carry your logo and your colour palette. Branding is set at two levels: the workspace default, and an optional override per landlord.
Workspace branding
Open Settings → Branding as an admin. Upload:
- Practice logo. PNG or SVG, transparent background preferred. The logo renders in the report cover sheet at ~120px and as a smaller mark in the page header.
- Practice name. Used in the cover-sheet typography. If your trading name differs from your legal name, this is the one that appears on the report.
- Primary colour. A single hex value used for accent rules, pull-quote bars, and the priority-tag tinting in the action plan. Keep it muted; reports are read on screen and printed.
Save. The next report draft renders with the new branding.
Per-landlord branding
Some landlord clients ask for reports to be issued co-branded or in their colour palette. Branding profiles let you set up those variants once and pick them per assessment.
In Settings → Branding, click New profile. The form is the same as the workspace defaults; the new profile is a separate record. Name it after the landlord ("Northstead Housing"). Save.
When you create the next assessment for that landlord, the property's landlord field tells FRA Flow to render the report under the matching branding profile. If no per-landlord profile exists, the workspace default applies.
What is NOT brandable
By design:
- The audit trail. The "Generated by AI on date X" stamp and the prompt fingerprint table at the back of the report are uniformly formatted across every tenant. A landlord challenging the report needs to recognise the trail.
- The hallucination flags in the Show source panel. Same reason: consistency for reviewers across practices.
- The structured action plan table. Header style is fixed.
You can rename or restyle the AI-written paragraphs (mode toggle, edit), but the structural elements are uniform.
Logo guidelines (for best results)
- Use SVG where possible. Renders sharp at every report zoom level.
- Single-colour or two-colour marks work best. Multi- colour gradients clash with the report's accent colour and print poorly in mono.
- Aim for 1:1 to 2:1 aspect ratio. Ultra-wide marks get shrunk to fit the cover-sheet block and end up tiny.
- Transparent background. Reports use a tinted background panel for the cover; an opaque white logo block looks like a sticker.
Pre-pilot caveats
- The branding form is in place but the per-landlord match-up via the property record may need a manual flip on early assessments. After the first signed-off report this stabilises.
- Cover-sheet typography is fixed pre-pilot. Custom typefaces ship in a later release.
- Email-template branding (the "Your report is ready" email) is shared across the workspace; per-landlord email branding is post-pilot.
