Per-assessor pricing tells you the headline. The honest question is what each report costs once you factor in pooled credits, reviewer time and admin overhead. Here is the maths for two typical teams.
Cost: £199 base + 5 × £39 = £394 /month, billed annually. Includes 40 pooled report credits.
Why it pays back: Under £10 per completed report at full credit usage. If FRA Flow saves each assessor 1 hour per report, that team saves about 40 admin hours per month, or roughly £2,000 in assessor time at typical UK consulting rates.
Cost: £399 base + 10 × £59 = £989 /month, billed annually. Includes 150 pooled report credits.

FAQ
One credit covers one completed BS 9792 fire risk assessment, sent to your reviewer’s queue or downloaded as PDF/Word. Drafts you discard before sign-off don’t consume a credit. Re-issuing a signed report (e.g. after annual review) consumes a new credit.
Credits are pooled at the team level, not per assessor. A 5-assessor Practice team gets 40 credits per month total (5 × 8). One assessor doing 20 reports and another doing 0 is fine: the team budget is what matters. This avoids per-seat anxiety and matches how real consultancies distribute work.
You keep working. Extra reports bill at the tier’s overage rate (£15 on Solo, £12 on Practice, £9 on Consultancy). The overage shows in your dashboard before you commit each report, so you’re never surprised. Heavy-volume teams should compare overage cost against the next tier and switch when it’s cheaper.
Some of FRA Flow’s value is team-level rather than per-assessor: client branding profiles, reviewer queue, action register, report history, multi-client dashboard. The base fee captures that team-level value; the per-assessor charge captures the cost of running each user. Solo doesn’t have a base fee because the team-level features don’t apply to a one-person account.
No catch. Reviewer-bottleneck removal is the FRA Flow wedge. Charging per reviewer would punish the use case the product is built for. On any paid tier, add as many reviewer + admin users as your team needs at no extra cost.
